Lead Generation & Skip Trace:

    1. The first step of wholesaling is strong marketing to generate leads from county websites and different types of marketing fields like facebook, Craigslist, Zillow and other FSBO
    2. Create a list from AgentPro247.com website or Alltheleads.com, or whatever you think the best for the Distress, Absentee owner, text delinquent, and foreclosure property. 
    3. Retrieve the property list(Probate, tax delinquent and foreclosure property) from the County website.
    4. To get owner details (Phone Number and Email address) skip traced the data

Buying Process:
    1. Send text message, voicemail and postcards to property owner and negotiate to with them if they are interested to sell their property, follow-up with the sellers who did not respond to us or interested to sell in future on every 3 month
    2. Once they provide an ballpark rang or an asking price and call to seller to discuss about the offer 
    3. Create the offer for the qualified leads and done the transaction work

To sell the property:

  • Ad post on Craigslist, Zillow and other listing websites
  • Find the cash buyers.
  • Send an introductory email of property to the cash buyers and negotiate with them to the price if he/she is interested.
  • We can also use marketing applications to market a property.
