Real Estate Wholesaling Process
Lead Generation & Skip Trace:
- The first step of wholesaling is strong marketing to generate leads from county websites and different types of marketing fields like facebook, Craigslist, Zillow and other FSBO
- Create a list from AgentPro247.com website or Alltheleads.com, or whatever you think the best for the Distress, Absentee owner, text delinquent, and foreclosure property.
- Retrieve the property list(Probate, tax delinquent and foreclosure property) from the County website.
- To get owner details (Phone Number and Email address) skip traced the data
- Send text message, voicemail and postcards to property owner and negotiate to with them if they are interested to sell their property, follow-up with the sellers who did not respond to us or interested to sell in future on every 3 month
- Once they provide an ballpark rang or an asking price and call to seller to discuss about the offer
- Create the offer for the qualified leads and done the transaction work
To sell the property:
- Ad post on Craigslist, Zillow and other listing websites
- Find the cash buyers.
- Send an introductory email of property to the cash buyers and negotiate with them to the price if he/she is interested.
- We can also use marketing applications to market a property.
